VJH Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) Business Plan (BP) project located at Vernon
Jubilee Hospital in Vernon, BC, will include expanding and relocating the existing Psychiatric
(Psych) Inpatient Units (IPU) within the VJH campus and co-locate them with the communitybased
Crisis & Hospital Services Team into a new standalone facility, along with an
accompanying parking structure. Interior Health (IH) will submit the completed Business Plan
to the Ministry of Health (MOH) for review and approval to procure for design and construction
services.

It is anticipated that Substantial Performance of the Work may be attained by:
January 2025
