Project Description:
Development of 2169 Pandosy Street (“Pandosy Lot”) into a 115 stall temporary parking lot and refurbishment of the existing parking lot at 2180 Ethel/ 865 Glenwood Avenue (“Ethel Lot”) into a 389 stall temporary parking lot.

Services are expected to commence upon award with an aggressive timeline for completion for both lots by June 14, 2023.

Project Delivery Method:
The project delivery method for this project will be design-bid-build, with a separate managing Consultant for each of the two lots.
