WIU Williams Lake Urgent and Primary Care Centre located at 47 Cameron Street, in Williams Lake, BC, is looking to develop and design a new IH leased site over two floors approximately 10,000 sq. ft. (920sq.m.). The new UPCC will utilize one floor at approximately 5,000 sq. ft. (460sq.m.) of clinical, support and workstations space in a new IH lease space located at the Corner of MacKenzie Ave and Cameron St. to augment the delivery of urgent and primary care services within the Williams Lake community.

The project will support two guiding Primary Care goals from Ministry of Health:
       1. Enhancing the quality and value of the care experienced both by individual patients and specific populations; and
       2. Improving the performance of the health care system both in terms of the quality of clinical services, linked to meaningful clinical outcomes, as well as improving the overall system efficiency and productivity based on health outcomes  achieved per dollar spent.

The Construction Budget is to be determined.

It is anticipated that Substantial Performance of the Work may be attained by: January 2025.
