Project Description: The Creston Primary Care Network (PCN) project was initiated to add clinical and support spaces to augment the delivery of primary care services within the East Kootenays and Creston area. The project scope included the creation of four workstations and a soiled utility/ lab room, and the renovation of three consult rooms, two exam rooms, one treatment room and storage areas, with an overall program area impact of approximately 160 net square meter. The scope of work includes selective demolition, rough and finish carpentry, new finishes, equipment, mechanical and electrical works as noted in the bid documents and associated coordination for the project. The estimated Construction Budget is: $800,000.00. Owner's desired Substantial Completion date is estimated to be the end of November, 2024. |
