St. Bartholomew's Hospital - Lytton, BC Only $200K - $1Million Pre-Qualified General Contractors as listed on the Interior Health Construction website are eligible to bid. (search "Interior Health Construction" click "competitive procurement/pre-qualified suppliers/General Contractors"). Construction budget for this project falls in the range of $500,000 - $1 million. The scope of work for this project shall include Hazardous and Regulated Materials work for the removal and safe disposal of asbestos, lead, PCB, Mercury, Biological, Toxic, Flammable or Explosive Materials and underground storage tanks located at the building site. The project shall also include the complete demolition and disposal of the 2,200 m2 three storey wood frame structure, foundations and pavements including all civil works to return the property to a flat level surface, as per the specifications and drawings included with this Invitation to Bid as prepared by the consultant. |
