The project seeks to add clinical, support, and workstation space to augment the delivery of primary care services within Keremeos and adjacent communities. The project will included creation of new workstation area, exam room, treatment room and modification of existing reception, consult room, spoiled utility room, clean room to meet the needs of the Primary Care Network program.

1. Scope of Work;
• Project scope work includes but not limited to selective demolition, infection control and prevention, rough & finish carpentry work, drywall, and ceiling tiles, finishes, mechanical and electrical work as specified in the drawings and specifications. 
• Bidders will be acting as the prime contractor as specified in CCDC2-2020 contract document and supplementary conditions.

2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $600,000.00

3. Substantial Completion date to be determined by Contractor.

4. Owners Preferred substantial completion is End of November 2024
