Interior Health has hereby issued this Notice of Intent (“NOI”), for the purpose of awarding a contract to Siemens Canada Ltd. to provide system upgrades for multiple IH facilities.

Scope of Services:

Our current Building Automation System (BAS) software system is obsolete and requires an upgrade.

The scope of project includes migrating the existing Building Automation System (BAS) to the new Desigo Workstation. This work includes:

  • Full System back will be performed.
  • Migration package includes:
    • Desigo CC server with extended feature set license
    • Desigo CC client license
    • Desigo CC BA point licenses
    • Desigo CC Reno Plus License
    • 3D Graphics modifications and commissioning 
    • Panel Firmware Upgrades.
    • Integration Drivers

The estimated maximum value of the contract will be $600,000.00, excluding taxes.
