PROJECT INFORMATION The project scope includes the removal of the existing scrub sink and the installation of a new scrub sink in a new location. It also involves removing the outdated ceiling-mounted lights from both operating rooms (2) (installed in 1970) and replacing them with new surgical lights. Additionally, the project includes installing a new anesthesia boom in both operating rooms (2), as well as installing a medical gas scavenging system. Currently, neither operating room is equipped with an anesthesia boom or a medical gas scavenging system. Construction will be phased, and the adjacent operating room must remain active throughout the work. Estimated Construction Budget is $1,600,000.00 Ready-for-Takeover date required: August 28, 2026 This Project will use BidCentral online Bidding for Subcontractor ("BOBS"), a bid depository system only for Electrical Sub.
