PROJECT INFORMATION

1. Scope of Work;

  • Replace the existing 200-ton air cooled chiller CH-3 with a new high efficiency, variable speed, air cooled chiller. 
  •  Extend structural steel supports on the roof to accommodate longer chiller. 
  • Re-connect piping and electrical service to replacement chiller.

Note: chilled water system to remain operational during construction. Contractor to minimize system shutdown and coordinate with plant services.


 2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $644,000.00

3. Substantial Completion date to be determined by Contractor.
