IH has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), to invite submissions from qualified proponents to provide Mechanical Engineering Services (the “Services”) with respect to PVC/PVM HVAC and Electrical System Upgrades (the “Project”), as described in Attachment A. Project Scope: Pleasant Valley Health Centre (PVC) / Pleasant Valley Manor Rosedale (PVM) HVAC and Electrical System Upgrades located in Armstrong, BC, will include upgrades and retrofits to the existing mechanical, electrical, and control systems at Pleasant Valley Health Center based on identified energy conservation measures from the completed energy study. The work will focus on improving energy efficiency, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and supporting system electrification while enhancing overall building performance.. The Services are expected to commence by August 2026 with construction estimated to complete by February 2028 The Project Delivery method of this Project will be Design-Bid-Build (CCDC 2 2020). Contract IH intends to issue the successful Proponent an AIBC 6C Contract, as amended by the supplementary conditions included in Attachment C For the purposes of this procurement process, all enquiries must be made via Bids & Tenders. |
