PROJECT INFORMATION - SSH Emergency Generator Upgrade 6125004 1. South Similkameen Health Centre (SSH) project will replace existing emergency power generator which lacks capacity to carry high load equipment (i.e., Chillers). Additionally, the facility includes Orchard Heaven Long-Term Care, that is not supported by the existing emergency generator. The Contractor will replace the existing transfer switch and generator with a new larger capacity externally located generator with capacity to provide emergency power to the entire building including LTC c/w belly fuel tank (48-72 hour) and sound attenuated enclosure and open transition Automatic Transfer Switch. The Contractor will also include modifications to the emergency distribution, transformers, and panels as required. 2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $1,170,000.00 3. The Contractor is required to specify the number of weeks needed to achieve the substantial completion. |
