PROJECT INFORMATION

1. Scope of Work;
• Renovation and expansion to the existing Hospital Foundation space to provide reception area and office/meeting space.  
• Work included but not limited to: wall framing, mechanical/electrical modifications, drywall & t-ceiling, resilient sheet flooring, glazing and IMIT as per the specifications and drawings included within this Invitation to Bid as prepared by the Consultant

2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $300,000.00

3. Substantial Completion date to be determined by Contractor.
