Project Details: 

Both projects are located at Queen Victoria Hospital in Revelstoke, BC. The services are expected to commence by May 2026, with construction estimated to be completed by June 2027. 

MDR Renovation:
The MDR Renovation Project Scope includes the physical separation of the decontamination area from the laundry area, including the relocation of all laundry equipment currently located within the MDR decontamination space to the designated laundry area. The scope further includes the removal of existing floor drains to address humidity concerns within the decontamination area, as well as the provision and installation of temperature and humidity monitoring systems throughout the MDR area.

Cart Washer:
The Cart Washer Project Scope includes replacing the existing cart washer with a new model that fits the existing pit, and provide necessary service connections and repairs to the surrounding finishes as required.

Contract
IH intends to issue the successful Proponent separate and distinct AIBC 6C Contracts for each project, as amended by the supplementary conditions included in Attachment C.
