WLC Community Programs Consolidation – Phase 1 located in Williams Lake, BC, will include relocating existing programs and services out of Cariboo Memorial Hospital (CMH) to a location(s) within the community, maximizing existing IH leased space. This project scope is limited to relocating the Home Health Program from CMH to the renovated lower level of the new UPCC building. Future phases, not included here, will address relocating other Mental Health and community services from CMH to WLC and Williams Lake Mental Health Centre. ****Mandatory Site Visit Date: October 15, 2025. 11:00 AM Local Time***** The Services are expected to commence by November 2025 with construction estimated to complete by December 2026. The project delivery method of this Project will be Construction Management (CCDC 5B) and procurement will be issued in October 2025. IH intends to issue the successful Proponent an AIBC 6C Contract, as amended by the supplementary conditions included in Attachment C. For the purposes of this procurement process, all enquiries must be made via Bids & Tenders. |
