CLW DOMESTIC HOT WATER SYSTEM - 6220200 Mechanical Contractor required The scope of this project will include the supply and installation of a new containerized mechanical room comprising two new heat pumps, heat exchanger, buffer tanks, condensing water heaters, pumps and asociated controls. Construction work will also include removal of existing equipment and modifications to the existing piping to accomodate the new packaged equipment. Builders work will include patching and repairing existing finishes disturbed by the new work. Refer to Specifications and Drawings prepared by Consultant. Construction Budget Range - $100,000 - $500,000.
