| Description: |
PRH Continuous Optimization (COp) Recommission project located at Penticton Regional Hospital in Penticton, BC, will include an in-depth assessment of the mechanical, electrical, and controls system operation at Penticton Regional Hospital (PRH). The COp program and this project, focus on optimization measures that will save energy and improve operations without major capital investment. The primary focus of the program is to help improve the efficiency of the facility’s most energy-intensive systems, such as heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), with simple, low-cost solutions. There are Three Phases to the COp Recommission Your Building offer: 1) Investigation, 2) Implementation, and 3) Completion. The Scope of Work is to be completed during the Implementation phase, which may include detailed design, procurement, and contracted work, but has not yet been determined. Therefore, this RFP does not include Phase 2: Implementation. Any work for Phase 2 – Implementation may or may not be awarded to the same proponent and is to be completed under a separate agreement.
