Description: 

The project seeks to create approximately 8,200sq.ft. (760sq.m.) of clinical, support, and workstations space in a new IH lease space located in North Hills Mall to augment the delivery of urgent and primary care services within the Kamloops region.  

1. Scope of Work;
Renovation work includes new storefront glazing and solar tubes, patching and repairing of the
exterior finishes will also be required. Re-programming of the space will include new steel stud
gypsum partitions, doors, interior glazing, finishes, and millwork.

2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $3,000,000.00

3. Owners requires substantial completion on or before  November  06, 2024

4. Contractors MUST provide a schedule with critical path from start to end of construction.

5. Contractors MUST provide experience with constructing, non-acute Clinical spaces in the past 3 years, please provide example.
