PROJECT INFORMATION

The project scope includes the renovation of four underutilized rooms in the EVH of approximately 91 NSM to create one office space with 4 workstations, a second office space with 2 workstations, a Treatment room, and a Consult room.  Re-planning the existing space will require the demolition and removal of existing partitions, doors, finishes, mill-work, and equipment.  New construction work will include interior partitions, doors, floor, ceiling, and wall finishes, mill-work, fixtures, and equipment. The renovation may require abatement, infection control, mechanical, electrical, IMIT upgrades, as per the drawings and specifications.

The current design documents include the following alternative price items:

• Alternative Price #1: Remove Existing hydronic baseboard radiant heaters and replace with hydronic radiant ceiling panels.  Refer to mechanical drawings for detailed scope of work.

Contractor to state number of weeks to Substantial Completion.

The estimated construction budget for the Project is $339,000.00
