PROJECT INFORMATION The project scope includes creation of Clinical Workstations, Consult Rooms, Exam Rooms, Treatment Room and Soiled Lab and has an overall program area impact of approximately 70 nsm. The work will include but not limited to selective demolition, abatement, infection control, framing, mill-work, finishes, mechanical, electrical, IMIT upgrades as per drawings and specifications. Renovation of existing areas to develop and provide additional space for a Primary Care Network (PCN) hub within the Invermere Health Unit. The Primary Care services will be offered in the lower level of the facility co-located with other community based services. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $500,000.00 Estimated substantial completion would be September, 2024
