KGH Sanitary Piping Replacement project located at Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) in Kelowna, BC, will include replacing the sanitary drainage lines serving Levels 1 through 4 of the Strathcona Building. Scope activities include the removal of existing sanitary piping and installation of new piping along the required routing to restore full functionality. The work also encompasses necessary access provisions and coordination with impacted clinical units to complete the replacement safely and with minimal disruption. The Services are expected to commence by September 2026 with construction estimated to complete by March 2029. The P3 Service Provider will be conducting the construction services on this project. IH intends to issue the successful Proponent an AIBC 6C Contract, as amended by the supplementary conditions included in Attachment C. For the purposes of this procurement process, all enquiries must be made via Bids & Tenders. |
