The FWG LTC Replacement Project located in Cranbrook, BC will include the replacement and expansion of the existing facility using land currently dedicated to staff parking and the building’s emergency generator. The project will be completed in two construction phases. The project will need to achieve LEEDv4 Gold Certification. IH is looking to procure a LEED Commissioning Authority (CxA) to lead, review, and oversee the completion of the commissioning (Cx) process activities as described in Attachment A and B of the RFP. IH intends to issue the successful Proponent an AIBC 8C Contract, as amended by the supplementary conditions included in Attachment C. For the purposes of this procurement process, all enquiries must be made via Bids & Tenders. |
