Architectural and Engineering Services (acting as the Managing Consultant) for the design and construction of the Kelowna Rutland Urgent and Primary Care Center (UPCC) located at a location to be determined, in Kelowna, British Columbia. The method of CCDC construction contract will be determined a later date in partnership with the leasehold landlord who will be hiring the Contractor. IH has issued this RFP for the purpose of inviting Proposals from Proponents to perform the Consultant’s services described in Attachment L to this RFP, with respect to the Project also described in Attachment L.
