Description: 

RIH (Royal Inland Hospital) ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) Service Delivery, located in Kamloops, BC, will include the renovation of approximately 72 m² of the existing Operating Room 20 (formerly OR 4), Office, and Scrub Room located on the fourth floor of the South Tower into a dedicated ERCP imaging suite.

The Services are expected to commence by August 2026 with construction estimated to be completed by November 2027. The P3 Service Provider will be conducting the construction services on this project.

IH intends to issue the successful Proponent an AIBC 6C Contract, as amended by the supplementary conditions included in Attachment C.
