Description:	PROJECT INFORMATION Add one exam bay (triage) in former Emergency Department holding bay area. Data drop and backing to be added for a wall mounted computer. Cables to be pulled to data rack in record storage room. Existing exam room: Add new data drop and backing for wall mounted computer. Cables to be pulled to data rack in Records Storage room. Phone relocated next to wall mounted computer. Data cables to be pulled to Telecom Room. Equipment limited to provider stool and visitor chair. Existing sink and millwork to remain. Existing treatment room: Add new data drop and backing for wall mounted computer. Phone relocated next to wall mounted computer. Cables to be pulled to data rack in Records Storage room. Data cables to be pulled to Telecom Room. Add new hand hygiene sink. Existing Soiled Utility Room: New door to be added on the east door, with automatic access system. Add Hand Hygiene Sink, and an eye wash station. Install counter and two data ports. Cables to be pulled to data rack in record storage room. Existing Nurse Station: Increase safety and privacy with addition of pony walls with a door on both sides. Addition of mirrors on ceiling. A new furniture system will be provided by owner. Existing Bathroom: remove toilet and sink. An existing IH overstock Hand hygiene sink to be installed as hand hygiene sink for providers. Replace existing drain by new floor drain. Door to be removed to facilitate access. Existing accessible W/C – replace wooden pass through by a stainless-steel window. Existing Telecom Room: Add new 4” conduit to connect new drops from soiled utility, treatment, exam and and assessment rooms to data rack. Add new 48 port patch panel. 2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $200,000.00 3. Desired substantial completion is April 08, 2025 4. Estimated Ready for Takeover date is April 22, 2025
