PROJECT INFORMATION

Lillooet Hospital and Health Center (LIH) has an aging elevator that requires an upgrade as replacement parts are very difficult to source. A complete modernization is required to bring this elevator to the new code. 
 Scope of Work;
1. Provide all engineering, shop drawings, materials, shipping, and methods for the modernization ofthe one (1) elevator #1 as described in these specifications.
2. The elevator modernization includes, but is not limited to:
• Controller, electronic soft starter, and leveling system.
• Pump unit, tank, tank heater, muffler, isolation coupling, control valve, vibration isolation,and hydraulic suppression. New pipe rupture valve, hydraulic suppression.
• Door operator, door detector, and hall door equipment.
• Operating fixtures.
• Machine room and hoistway wiring, traveling cables.
• Cab interior upgrades.
• Future Provisions for Firefighters’ Emergency Operation.


3. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $250,000.00


4. Owners requires substantial completion on or before July 10, 2025
