PROJECT INFORMATION Scope of Work includes:- 1. Replacing the roof on the Auxiliary building referred to as the Annex Building at Slocan Community Health Centre. 2. Removing and disposing of existing metal roofing and replace with owner designated roofing system. This includes the sloped roof of the facility as well as the flat roof on the Ambulance Station addition. Out of Scope: Steel roof on the exterior walkway ramp. Estimated substantial completion date is March 01, 2025. Estimated Construction budget is $300,000.00
