PROJECT INFORMATION 1.Per the "Roof Condition report," Section A will have the roof system recovered in accordance with the specifications and material manufacturers published requirements. This requires dividing the roof section by adding a curb, cutting out any non-adhered membranes, performing a thermal scan of the current roof system and recovering the required area with 2-ply SBS membrane. 2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $200,000.00. 3. Ready-for-Takeover date required: October 2026. 4. The Contractor shall have a minimum of 10 years of roofing installation experience within the province of British Columbia and shall provide three (3) references. 5. See Section 1.5 "Contractor Qualification" in the attached document, “Roof Recover Specification.”
