The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, becoming pre-qualified to participate in future procurement processes for General Contractor Services for projects carried out by Interior Health. Interior Health’s objective is to create a list of firms that are pre-qualified for General Contractor Services in connection with Acute Care and/or Non-Acute Care projects. Projects will be located within the four (4) local health areas (Okanagan, Thompson/Cariboo/Shuswap, Kootenay Boundary and/or East Kootenay). Future competitive bids may be for projects budgeted between $200,000 - $1,000,000, $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 and/or over $5,000,000. |
