PROJECT INFORMATION 1. The Project involves the complete removal and replacement of existing roofing assemblies at upper roof sections with a new SBS modified bituminous roofing system. The Contractor’s Work includes demolition to the concrete deck, installation of vapour retarder, tapered and flat insulation, cover board, and a two-ply SBS membrane system, along with all associated flashings, parapet modifications, drainage improvements, and penetrations. 2. The Contractor is required to achieve Ready to Takeover by October 16, 2026. 3. The estimated construction budget for this project is $480,000.00 |
