PROJECT INFORMATION The Bernard Wing of the David Lloyd Jones long term care facility contains two wings, East and West. The West Wing has 8 suites and two bathrooms, while the East Wing contains 7 suites and two bathrooms with showers. Both wings are joined by a central corridor and are lined with residential rooms along the outside walls. The project scope includes demolition of two existing exhaust fans and installing two (2) new 2-ton rooftop air conditioning units. The AC units will require new ductwork installed along the corridor ceiling, which will result in demolition of existing ceiling and relocation of several existing services. Mobilization of this work will commence in Spring 2025 to align with full commissioning prior to the 2025 cooling season. The estimated construction budget for the project is $239,000.00
