Description: 

CDH Fire Alarm System located at Castlegar and District Community Health Centre (CDH) in Castlegar, BC, will include the replacement of the existing Fire Alarm System at CDH and adjoining Talarico Place (TRP). The system is past its expected life and the site is currently experiencing ongoing issues (not easily resolved) with system triggering when there is no fire.

The Services are expected to commence by September 2024 with construction estimated to complete by October 2025. The Project Delivery method of this Project will be Design-Bid-Build (CCDC 2 2020).

Construction Budget for the entire project is anticipated to be at $656,000.00 (Order of Magnitude).
