Overlander Extended Care (OEC) Building Management Services (BMS) Upgrade located in Kamloops, BC, will involve the modernization of the existing BMS to integrate HVAC systems, controls, and supporting infrastructure. The upgrade will improve monitoring, control, troubleshooting, and energy performance. Execution will prioritize continuity of operations, regulatory compliance, and infection-controlled delivery within an active healthcare facility. The Services are expected to commence by September 2026 with construction estimated to complete by December 2027. IH intends to issue the successful Proponent an AIBC 6C Contract, as amended by the supplementary conditions included in Attachment C. For the purposes of this procurement process, all enquiries must be made via Bids & Tenders. |
