RFP # 6424034B - The scopes of the 4 projects (identified below) will include developing scopes and specifications to modernize and upgrade the 4 elevators. Services to include site investigations, code reviews, permit applications, producing a Design Bid Build package for public tendering, perform contract administration, conduct field reviews and change management during construction and installation. The Elevator Consultant will act as prime and engage sub-consultants as required. The Services are expected to commence by February 2024.
