Description: 

Royal Inland Hospital (RIH) Heat Recovery Chiller located in Kamloops, BC, will involve implementing Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) following recommendation from the CleanBC Energy Study completed by Building Energy Solutions Ltd in 2023. The study was done in alignment with the Ministry of Health’s Carbon Neutral Capital Program (CNCP); the project funding is dependent on meeting energy and greenhouse gas emissions reductions targets which are laid out in the RFP. 

The Services are expected to commence by December 2025 with construction estimated to complete by April 2027. 

The P3 Service Provider is anticipated to be conducting the Construction services on this project.                                                     

IH intends to issue the successful Proponent an AIBC 6C Contract, as amended by the supplementary conditions included in Attachment C.
